Glenn Badenhop
Glenn was raised on a family farm in Northwest Ohio and continues to be involved in the farm operation today. With over 20 years of experience as an insurance agent and agency owner, he founded American Agricultural Assets, LLC to combine his knowledge of insurance with his love of farming. Glenn understands the needs of today's farmers and can customize a complete risk management program for agri-businesses of all sizes. He resides in Liberty Center and has offices located throughout Northwest Ohio.

Steve Brown
Steve brings to American Agricultural Assets over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry as an agent and agency owner. His background as Commercial Insurance Underwriter has provided him with the valuable skills necessary to analyze the needs of agri-business operations. Steve resides in Westerville and has offices located throughout central Ohio.

Matt VanTilburg
Matt was raised on a farm near Celina, Ohio. Today he continues to be involved in the families large farming, fertilizer and grain operation. As a Certified Crop Advisor and licensed insurance agent, Matt is able to call on his vast knowledge of farming operations to assist agribusiness owners in managing their portfolio of risk management products.
